I am going to make the assumption if you have come to this page, you might have been thinking about joining a reenacting unit. Well, hopefully, you have found a good fit with the 1st Combined Western Theater Division! We would like to invite you to take the field with us and join in on the exciting hobby of reenacting and living history. Some of you might ask what is "living history."

A living historian is someone who interprets and teaches history in a whole new way. He or she interprets and teaches history from a point in time and brings to life a person from the period they are portraying. They then bring to life a time from our history!

Whether you are into getting in on the battles or informing the public about our American Civil War, and you want to "try" it out, let us know!!!

What does it take to reenact? If you would like to try it out, let us know. All it will take from you is a little time, effort, and some gas money! We can outfit you for a weekend and let you try the hobby out. Like it? Great, we will work with you to get you into the hobby and become a part of the 1st CWT Div!
